What Does This Canadian Lowepro Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship as long as you, the original purchaser, own your Lowepro product.

This warranty does not affect or modify any warranty provided by the Lowepro retailer nor does it affect any additional rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

What Does This Canadian Lowepro Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, mishandling, misuse, alteration, accidental damage or normal wear and tear as determined by the customer service dept. at DayMen Canada.

Also, this warranty excludes all claims to any incidental or consequential loss to personal property. Some provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty covers manufacturer defects.

What Do You Have To Do to Place a Canadian Lowepro Warranty Claim?

Product must have been purchased from a Canadian retailer within Canada. You may be required to show proof of purchase.

You will be required to submit your product to the Customer Service department at DayMen Canada for inspection
to confirm the defect. DayMen Canada will not provide any coverage under this warranty statement unless your claim is in compliance with all of its terms. To request warranty service and obtain instructions on how to submit your product for inspection, you may either contact the dealer where you purchased your Lowepro product, call our customer service department (800) 432 9636, or email service@daymen.com

What will DayMen Canada Do?

After inspecting the product and confirming the defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace your Lowepro product free of charge. If your product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar product of equal value. To activate your Canadian Lowepro warranty please register below.
